Don't hold back on the questions. How do the approvals work? Who does the drawings? How long does it take? Do I have to deal with council or can you handle all that? Ask away. There's no such thing as a dumb question. If anything, it helps us get better at explaining things before you even have to ask… Unless you're asking if it will speed things up by coming in over the weekend to paint the plasterboard, before it's installed. Then, no. That's just a "please don't" 😆
